Tom Weedon

VP, Global Accounts

Tom joins the Rubicon Project as the VP of Publisher Services. His job is to make sure that once a publisher joins the Rubicon family, we are exceeding their expectations for making more money, saving time, and protecting their brands.

Prior to joining to Rubicon, Tom was a Sr. Director at Microsoft responsible for managing the company's strategic partnership with Viacom.

Before MSFT, Tom was part of the team that built GoTo (later Overture). Once that adventure was successfully wrapped up, Tom took a nice little sabbatical to travel and focus on community service and non-profit ventures. He got pulled back into the online advertising world in 2006 consulting with companies such as Veoh and Spot Runner and he’s been off to the races ever since.

Before getting real jobs, Tom worked as a management consultant for both Monitor Company (after college) and The Boston Consulting Group (after business school).

From New Brunswick, Canada, Tom has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and an MBA from Stanford University.
