After graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts & Sciences, Rachel started her marketing career with a creative marketing firm in metro Detroit. She worked on a number of automotive accounts as she spear head the day-to-day of the print collateral, interactive media and event strategies for those she represented. Her love for the fast paced SEMA show landed her the transition from the Midwest to West Coast, where she was appointed to head all West Coast operations and SEMA member prospects. After a wonderful six (6) years with the Detroit based firm, it was the perfect time to pursue opportunities with technology based media and what better than the Rubicon Project? It is here where Rachel is enjoying her love for event marketing and the laidback-opposite-of-corporate-America environment. Not to mention the wonderful team of employees and fully stocked kitchen!
