Charlton grew up in Houston, TX, where he was taught the importance of Cajun food, BBQ, and college football.  A graduate of Stanford University with a degree in Mathematics, Charlton comes to the Rubicon Project from a San Francisco-based startup, where he created games for major pop culture publishers.
